Follow a healthy diet for the heart...
There is an easy recipe if your goal is to avoid problems such as heart disease and stroke.
• Eat more vegetables and fruits.
• Select whole wheat. Try brown rice instead of white. Change the whole wheat pasta.
• Choose lean protein such as poultry, fish, beans and legumes.
• Process processed foods, sugar, salt and saturated fats.

Try 2½ hours of moderate activity, such as vivid walking or dancing. If you agree to a powerful exercise, respect tennis and tennis for 1 hour and 15 minutes a week. Add weight training for a few days.

Montgomery practices every day, often with his dog. Adding slots, squats and walkers really makes a powerful training. "I'm also a big fan of Pilates," she says.
