What Actually Happens to Fat When You Lose Weight
If you think about it, losing weight is really
unbelievable. At one point it takes extra kilos, but after a period of healthy
eating and regular exercise it is physically smaller. So where is fat?
You could imagine that the big bubbles explode and
cease to exist, but POPSUGAR studied it and it turns out it's not. I mean,
there is clearly a reason why I do not have a scientific title.
"The right answer is that the bulk of the mass
is exhaled as carbon dioxide and diffuses through the air," said physicist
Ruben Meerman, MD, in POPSUGAR. Yes, you read: Exhale the fat. It is
unbelievable.

Apparently this is an approximately 80/20
distribution between the fat usually expelled from your lungs, and the rest is
evacuated by urine, stools, sweating and tears.
If you feel a little weak because you have never
experienced this information that changes life, do not worry, you're not alone.
According to the director of the Faculty of Biotechnology and Biomolecular UNSW
Professor Andrew Brown, many doctors and dieticians believe that fat is
converted into muscle or converted to energy or heat and so is burned.
Unfortunately, if you think that instead of your next
exercise in the gym, just bend crying by breathing fast, if it's like body fat,
go? - You'll be disappointed. Fat must go through a metabolic process before
it's lost, but being said there are many ways to stimulate your metabolism, and
this will speed up your fat loss.
