SWEET & SPICY ALMONDS


These roasted almonds with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger are the best snacks! INGREDIENTS:

♫.. 2 teaspoons nutmeg
♫.. 1/2 teaspoon of ginger

METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, fan setting.

Place the honey, maple syrup, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon in a pan and heat slowly until well mixed and drained.

Remove the heat and mix the almonds until they are really sticky. Place them on a baking tray so that they are evenly distributed and do not overlap. Spray the coconut sugar lightly on the top. Then place the tray in the oven and let it boil for 30 minutes. Be sure to remove the nuts or twice so that they are evenly cooked.

Once the nuts are sharp, remove them from the oven and transfer them to another greased baking tray. Allow them to cool before storing them in a tight place.
